Putovala sam sa njima letos i cesto saljem torbu za Cg, nemam ama bas nikakvu zamerku. Jako ljubazni, profesionalni
NAJBOLJI! Vozaci su odlicni, ovo sto ljudi pisu nije tacno! Sve ispostuju, pauze su tacne, prijatni, normalni ljudi! 5 godina putujem i nemaju gresku jednu. Zato i nastavljam svoje putovanje sa vama! Dovidjenja i svako dobro.
Uzasno. Nula od vozaca! Telefon ne ispusta iz ruke. Sedeli su dve mlade devojke o koim vozac pricao sve i svasta, a oni poljakinje i rec ga nisu razumeli, matori perverznjak!,!! Sramota i bruka
Ubuduce nebi nikom preporucio ni 1 km da prodje sa njima.U Dubrovnik na carini dok svi prolaze stojimo mi i jos jedan bus,.Nema objasnjenja zasto se ceka toliko sati, niko nista nezna, vecina kasni na odredjene relacije, umorni,a sofer nema nikakvih informacija?!?.U zlu uru krenusmo ,ocekujuci bus i koji presjedamo.
Our experience with Jadran Ekspres Kotor has been extremely negative for the leg from Dubrovnik to Kotor on September 16th, 2019 (scheduled departure time 11:00) as well as on the return ride from Kotor to Dubrovnik on September 19th, 2019 (scheduled departure time 14:40). On both legs there were two bus drivers so we experienced 4 bus drivers in total working for this company. All four were extremely unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate towards all tourists, including screaming at them. On the leg from Dubrovnik to Kotor, locals were charged 10 kuna per luggage piece that needed to go in the main luggage compartment yet tourists were charged double. One tourist did not understand that and tried offering 10 kuna after which one of the bus drivers threw his piece of luggage off the bus, refusing to let the person on board. Only after paying 20 euros the tourist was allowed on the bus after all (on the leg from Kotor to Dubrovnik, everybody paid 10 kuna for luggage fyi). Multiple tourists were screamed at by both bus drivers without any reason. At the border, instructions were very unclear and communicated in a very rude way. On the leg from Kotor to Dubrovnik, at the bus station additional fees of 2 euros per ticket were charged (on top of the previously online purchased tickets). When asking about the departure location for the bus as well as the timing of departure, we were simply ignored by the bus station coordinator who spoke English and did talk to locals but just looked at us when asking a question and then looked away. Note that on both legs the bus departure was more than one hour later than scheduled, without any information. Also on the return leg tourists were screamed at and at the border, people asked if it was ok to go to the toilet which was said to be ok yet the bus drivers threatened to leave without them making them run to get back on the bus. All around a horrible experience and also hard to understand as these bus drivers make their money mostly because there are tourists that make this trip.
