Da sad ne ulazim u detalje neljubaznost i ne zaintresovanost za putnike na prvom mestu ako ti neko više puta napomene da ima mucninu od trovanja hranom trebalo bi da se da nekakav odgovor,kao na primer...stacemo ako bude trebalo, da li vam je potrebna kesa,
apsolutno nikakav odgovor nismo dobile mkja drugarica je na kraju povratila i snasla se devojka kako je umela i znala, misleci na druge putnike i odlozila kesu u neku ne funkcionalnu kuhinju, onda je dosao vozac
i bukvalno se izurlao doslovce je urlao na nju sto je povracala
(inace je strucnjak tako vozio da su jos neki putnici na spratu povracali). Toliko je urlao na nju da je devojka plakala ceo put i bila je pod velikim stresom, jos uvek ima traumu. U wc ima je lupala daska od wc solje toliko da od toga niko nije mogao da spava bolelo ih je uvo da to srede.
Uplali su na svetla pa niko nije mogao da spava bar da zaspimo da prevazidjemo mucnu voznju, nasloni
za ruke zakljucani ej ljudima koji nisu do prozora pa nemaju na sta da se naslone kad zele da zaspe. UŽAS UŽAS NIKAD VIŠE NEĆU PUTOVATI SA FUDEKSOM!!!!

Awful service.
We got a 4 hours delay on departure for a Budapest Belgrade ride.
It was due to a delay of the Belgrade Budapest bus, which arrived 7 hours late due to Hungary's border control.
According to Fudeks, it's "like that" and they are not responsible. However, they should be able to provide alternative solutions due to the fact they know it's a common issue.
I could have let it go, however, considering the staff did not apologize, and explicitly refuse to give a single word of excuse, I won't let them get along with it.
This company uses the fact there are currently no trains on the route to do pretty much whatever they want. They should be shut down.
