Conditions of carriages of the Operator: Fudeks

Usled ograničenja ulaska i/ili specijalnih uslova ulaska u pojedine države usled COVID-19 pandemije, putnik je pre kupovine karte dužan da se informiše o uslovima ulaska u željenu državu.

IZVOD IZ PRAVILNIKA O PREVOZU PUTNIKA ( primenjuje se od 01.03.2015 )

-   Prevoznik ne odgovara za zakašnjenja prouzrokovana situacijama na koje ne može da utiče, tzv. "viša sila" (vremenske prilike, gužve na graničnim prelazima, saobraćajne gužve) i ne vrši nadoknadu moguće štete koja je tim povodom nastupila.

-  Putnik je dužan da na polaznom mestu bude 30 minuta pre polaska - vremena naznačenog na karti. U slučaju da se isti ne pridržava pravila vozač može da ustupi sedište drugom putniku umesto njega.

-   Putnika koga su pogranični organi njegovom greškom zadržali više od 30 minuta, prevoznik nije dužan da čeka i ne snosi troškove njegovog daljeg prevoza i/ili boravka. Prevoznik nije odgovoran ukoliko pogranične ili imigracione službe ne odobre ulazak putnika u drugu zemlju i ne snosi troškove njegovog daljeg prevoza i/ili boravka. Putnik je dužan da se blagovremeno informiše o uslovima putovanja u odredišnu i/ili tranzitnu zemlju. Prevoznik nije odgovoran i ne ceni valjanost putne isprave i/ili vize.

-  Pauze na putu - tokom putovanja - putnik je dužan da se pridržava vremena koje vozač određuje za pauzu. U slučaju da putnik ne dođe na vreme, vozač autobusa nije dužan da sačeka, a troškove daljeg putovanja i/ili boravka snosi putnik a prevoznik ne vrši refundaciju karte i sa tom kartom putnik ne može ponovo da putuje.

-   Prilikom ulaska u autobus putnik može da prijavi prtljag koji ima vrednost veću od 100 Eur po jedinici prtljaga, kao i lomljiv prtljag, o čemu se sačinjava posebna beleška na svim primercima prtljažne karte, koju potpisuju putnik, vozač i kondukter, na osnovu predhodnog uvida u sadržaj prtljaga i procene njegove vrednosti

-   U slučaju krađe ili gubitka prtljaga krivicom prevoznika, prevoznik može da odgovara samo za vrednost prtljaga do 100 Eur u dinarskoj protivrednosti po jedinici prtljaga, uz obavezu putnika da priloži prtljažnu kartu kao dokaz. U slučaju krađe ili gubitka ručnog prtljaga prevoznik ne preuzima odgovornost niti vrši nadoknadu.

-  Za lomljiv prtljag prevoznik nije odgovoran.

-  Dozvoljena količina prtljaga su dve standardne jedinice (torbe ili koferi)

-  Prtljag se naplaćuje po važećem cenovniku.

-  Na prevoz se ne mogu primiti predmeti: lako zapaljivi, otrovni, radioaktivni, eksplozivni ili predmeti neprijatnog mirisa.

-  U autobus je zabranjeno unošenje vatrenog ili bilo kakvog drugog oružja.

-   Ne prihvata se prevoz ptica i životinja, posmrtnih ostataka, putnika obolelih od zaraznih bolesti, putnika u napitom stanju, putnika koji svojom odećom mogu oštetiti i uprljati unutrašnjost vozila, predmeti kojima se može izvršiti povreda putnika ukoliko nisu propisno zaštićeni.

-  Na sve što nije obuhvaćeno ovim Uslovima, primenjuju se odredbe Zakona o ugovorima o prevozu putnika u drumskom saobraćaju.

 

 

USLOVI PRODAJE I KORIŠĆENJA KARATA ( primenjuje se od 01.03.2015 )

-  Putnik je dužan da se upozna sa pravilima putovanja, uslovima prodaje i korišćenja karata.

-  Svaka ispravka ili greška na karti se mora prijaviti tamo gde je kupljena karta.

-  Fudeks ne priznaje reklamacije od drugih agencija.

-   U slučaju greške od strane druge agencije, "Fudeks" nije odgovoran za grešku, niti nadoknađuje gubitak.

-  Karte se izdaju svim putnicima pod jednakim uslovima. Izuzetno, invalidi, trudnice, majke sa malom decom do 6 godina, i stara iznemogla lica, imaju pravo kupovine karte preko reda, kao i pravo na ukrcavanje, iskrcavanje i pružanje pomoći od strane voznog osoblja ovoj kategoriji putnika.

-  Prevoznik je dužan da putnicima obezbedi pružanje svih informacija koje se odnose na: red vožnje, cenu prevoza, vrstu vozila kojim se vrši prevoz, posebne pogodnosti koje se putniku pružaju u toku vožnje, povlastice za prevoz određenih kategorija putnika i druga obaveštenja u vezi sa prevozom.

-  Putniku kome su pogranični organi zabranili dalje putovanje, prevoznik ne vrši refundaciju karte niti sa tom kartom može ponovo da putuje.

-  Povratna karta, odnosno povratak (drugi smer) važi šest meseci od datuma izdavanja karte, osim za sezonske linije.

-   Povratna karta kupljena sa otvorenim datumom povratka - putnik može izvršiti rezervaciju datuma povratka gde je i kupio kartu. Putnik je dužan da izvrši rezervaciju povratka blagovremeno, u suprotnom, prevoznik nije u obavezi da putniku obezbedi mesto na željenom polasku niti je dužan da putniku obezbedi prevoz kod drugog prevoznika.

-   Ukoliko je povratna karta sa otvorenim datumom povratka iskorišćena samo u jednom pravcu, a putnik želi da refundira novac, dakle ne može ili ne želi da kartu koristi u drugom smeru, odbija se vrednost realizovanog pravca odnosno iznos karte u jednom pravcu plus 10% na ime troškova. Ostatak novca se vraća.

-  Ukoliko putnik uopšte ne može da iskoristi kartu, može je otkazati, s tim što u tom slučaju prevoznik zadržava iznos od 10% od vrednosti karte na ime troškova. Ukoliko putnik otkazuje kartu manje od 48 sati, a više od 24 sata pre polaska, odbija se iznos od 20% od vrednosti karte. Ukoliko se karta otkazuje manje od 24 sata pre polaska, karta se ne može koristiti, niti refundirati. Isto važi u slučaju da putnik uopšte ne dođe na polazak.

-  Povratna karta se ne može koristiti dva puta u istom smeru.

-   Autobuska karta glasi na ime i prezime i nije prenosiva, odnosno ne može je koristiti niko drugi osim putnika na čije ime glasi autobuska karta.

-  U slučaju gubitka karte, putnik je u obavezi da kupi novu kartu.

-   Promena datuma na karti ili otkazivanje putovanja se može vršiti u istoj agenciji u kojoj je karta kupljena ili direktno u agenciji Fudeks.

-  Svaku promenu rezervacije, putnik dokazuje odgovarajućom potvrdom "Fudeks" -a.

-   Putnik je dužan da se pridržava naznačenog roka plaćanja. U protivnom, gubi pravo rezervacije. Putnik je takođe dužan da pred ulazak u autobus pokaže potvrdu o izvršenoj uplati.

-   Za lojalne putnike, Fudeks obezbeđuje gratis karte. Za ostvarivanje prava na besplatno putovanje putnik je dužan da prethodne iskorišćene karte (ne starije od dve godine) čuva i priloži prilikom izdavanja gratis karte. Pravo na gratis kartu imaju putnici koji prilože od 5 do 10 iskorišćenih karata na isto ime i prezime i na istoj destinaciji. Ukoliko su iskorišćene karte u jednom pravcu, dobija se gratis karta u jednom pravcu. Ukoliko su iskorišćene karte povratne, dobija se povratna karta gratis. Povratna karta ne može zameniti dve karte u jednom pravcu dok povratna karta može zameniti kartu u jednom pravcu. Takođe, dve karte u jednom pravcu mogu zameniti povratnu kartu. Broj priloženih iskorišćenih karata zavisi od destinacije.

-   PREVOZNIK ZADRŽAVA PRAVO DA, UKOLIKO ZA TO NASTUPE POSEBNI RAZLOZl, IZMENI RED VOŽNJE, CENOVNIK KAO I POJEDINE USLOVE. 

 

General terms of transport of the Operator: Fudeks

 

EXCERPT FROM THE RULES ON TRANSPORT OF PASSENGERS (Applied since 01.03.2015)

 

- The carrier is not responsible for the delays caused by situations that can not be affected, so-called. "force majeure" (weather conditions, crowds at border crossing points, traffic jams) and does not compensate for possible damage that occurred in the occasion.

- The passenger is obliged to be at the starting point 30 minutes before departure - time indicated on the map. In the event that they do not comply with the rules, the driver can assign the seat to another traveler instead of him.

- The Operator is not obliged to wait for and bear the costs of further journey and/or stay of a passenger whom border authorities have kept for more than 30 minutes by their own mistake. The carrier is not liable if border or immigration services do not approve the entry of passengers to another country and do not bear the costs of their further transportation and / or stay. The traveler is obliged to be informed in time about the conditions of travel to the destination and / or transit country. The carrier is not responsible and does not regard the validity of the travel document and / or visa.

- Break on the road - during travel - the traveler is obliged to adhere to the time that the driver determines for the break. In the event that the passenger does not arrive in time, the bus driver is not obligated to wait, and the traveler and / or stay costs are borne by the traveler and the Operator does not refund the ticket and the passenger can not travel with that ticket again.

- When entering the bus, the passenger can report luggage that has a value greater than 100 Eur per luggage unit, as well as breakable baggage, on which a special note is made on all copies of the luggage card, signed by the passenger, the driver and the conductor, based on the previous inspection of the contents of the luggage and estimation of its value

- In case of theft or loss of luggage by the Operator's fault, the operator may only be responsible for the value of the luggage up to 100 Euros in the dinar equivalent per luggage unit, with the obligation of the passenger to attach the luggage ticket as evidence. In the event of theft or loss of hand baggage, the operator shall not assume liability or make any compensation.


- The carrier is not responsible for the breakable luggage.

- The permitted amount of luggage is two standard units (bags or cases)

- The luggage is charged according to the valid price list.

- Goods that can not be transported: easily flammable, toxic, radioactive, explosive or objects of unpleasant smell.

- It is forbidden to enter the transportation with a firearm or any other weapon.

- The transportation of birds and animals, mortal remains, passengers suffering from infectious diseases, passengers who are intoxicated, passengers who can damage and deteriorate the interior of the vehicle, objects that could cause injury to passengers, if not properly protected, are not accepted.

- Anything not covered by these Terms shall be subject to the provisions of the Law on Contracts on Transport of Travelers in Road Traffic.


CONDITIONS FOR SALE AND USE OF TICKETS (effective from 01.03.2015)

- The traveler is obliged to become acquainted with travel rules, terms of sale and use of tickets.

- Any correction or error on the card must be reported where the card was purchased.

- Fudeks does not recognize claims from other agencies.

- In case of a mistake by another agency, "Fudeks" is not responsible for the error, nor does it compensate for the loss.

 

- The tickets are issued to all passengers under equal conditions. Exceptionally, disabled, pregnant women, mothers with young children up to 6 years of age, and elderly persons who are overly distressed, have the right to purchase a ticket regardless of the line, as well as the right to board, disembark and get assistance from the drivers and staff.

- The Operator is obliged to provide passengers with all information related to: the timetable, the price of the transport, the type of transport vehicle, the special benefits provided to the traveler during the journey, the privileges for the carriage of certain categories of passengers and other notices related to transport.

 

- The operator does not issue a refund to a passenger to whom the border authorities forbid further travel, and they can not travel with that ticket again.

 

- Return ticket or return (second direction) shall be valid for six months from the date of issue of the ticket, except for season tickets.


- Return ticket purchased with open return date - the passenger can make a reservation with a return date where he bought the ticket. The passenger is obliged to make a return reservation in a timely manner; otherwise, the carrier is not obligated to provide the passenger with the desired departure, nor is he obliged to provide the passenger with a transport with another operator.


- If the return ticket with an open return date is used only in one direction, and the traveler wants to refund the money, because they can not or do not want to use the ticket in the other direction, they are charged the value of the realized route or the amount of the ticket in one direction plus 10% for expenses. The rest of the money is refunded.


- If the passenger can not use the ticket at all, it can be canceled, but in this case the operator will retain the amount of 10% of the value of the ticket for expenses. If a passenger canceles a ticket less than 48 hours, and more than 24 hours before departure, the amount of 20% of the ticket value is deducted. If the ticket is canceled less than 24 hours before departure, the ticket can not be used or refunded. The same is true in case the passenger does not come to depart at all.


- The return ticket can not be used twice in the same direction.


- The bus ticket is in the name and surname and is not transferable, or it can not be used by anyone other than the passenger on whose name the bus ticket is indicated.


- In case of loss of the ticket, the passenger is obliged to buy a new ticket.


- Changing the date on the ticket or cancellation of a trip can be done in the same agency where the ticket is purchased or directly in the agency Fudeks.


- The traveler gives proof of every change of booking with the appropriate confirmation of "Fudeks".


- The traveler is obliged to comply with the indicated payment deadline. Otherwise, he loses the right to reservation. The traveler is also required to show confirmation of payment made before entering the bus.
 

- For loyal travelers, Fudeks provides free tickets. In order to exercise the right to a free trip, the traveler is obliged to keep and show the previous used tickets (not older than two years) when applying for a free ticket. The right to a free ticket is provided to travelers who use 5 to 10 tickets in the same name and on the same destination. If the used tickets are in one direction, they get a free one-way ticket. If the used tickets are for return, the return ticket is free. A return ticket can not replace two tickets in one direction but a return ticket can replace a ticket in one direction. Also, two tickets in one direction can replace a return ticket. The number of used tickets needed for a free trip depends on the destination.

 

- THE OPERATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO, IF THERE IS A PARTICULAR REASON, CHANGE THE TIMETABLE, PRICE LIST, AND CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
