Žalba- relacija Beograd - Tuzla (decembar 17, 2018; polazak u 14:30) je bilo najgore moguće iskustvo ikada u javnom prevozu. Vozač je bio neprofesionalan, većinu vremena je proveo na telefonu u razgovoru i slanju poruka sve dok je upravljao vozilom. Nije se ustručavao uživati i u cigaretama za vrijeme vožnje. Mislim da su naši životi važni i da putnici nisu trebali biti izloženi tom stresu .
